Since each of our products is made to order, please allow additional time for us to craft your item(s). This will take 3-5 days depending on the quantity purchased. We will inform you via email if the expected craft time is longer than expected. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the items you order. If you need your item(s) by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm if it is possible to meet your request. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee expedited production or shipping.

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
