A: It is considered as one of the most eco-friendly material in the market as it is water-based and solvent free with no VOC. All items are prepared under low energy manufacturing process with steam being the biggest emission which further reduces the carbon footprint. 

Q: Will they break?

A: Jesmonite is highly durable and has similar properties to concrete.

Q: Are they water resistance?

A: All items have been sealed to improve water and contaminants resistance. 

Q: How can I care for my jesmonite product? 

A: Jesmonite is a durable and versatile material, but it is important to take care when handling and cleaning it. Clean and wipe away with a slightly damp cloth if needed. Do not wash/scrub the item as it will remove the sealant. It is advised to to clean off all strong contaminants as soon as possible. 

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: Since our items are made upon order, please allow additional 2-5 working days for us to craft your item(s). Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the items you order.

Q: Do you accept custom orders?

A: Yes, we offer discounts for bulk purchases. Please contact us with your request and we will provide you with a quote based on the quantity and type of items you would like to purchase.

Q: Can I cancel or return or exchange my order? 

A: Since our items are made upon order, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before placing the order, and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any errors or have any concerns. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving your item to request a replacement or refund.
